BOARD OF DIRECTORSDr. Whitney Maloney-Howell, DVM
Chair
Whitney knows first-hand about the effectiveness of RHAM's innovative methodology in social science. She has a B.S. in Pre-Professional Biology from the University of West Florida, Class of 2015 and a Doctorate from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 2020. Whitney deeply understands that the only way to minimize animal abuse is for future generations to develop Healthier Minds.
Dianne R. Cyrus
Vice Chair and Co-founder
Dianne may not have the conventional academic credentials as the other board members of RHAM; however, in social science, she has a dialectical ability that is defined as intelligibly honorary. She is also the first participant to successfully utilize RHAM’s innovative methodology. As one of the pillars in the essence of RHAM’s mission, she is empirically invaluable. Dianne is currently employed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
Joe E. Holmes, M.Ed.
Treasurer
At the heart of our nation’s public schools, are the teachers – the front liners. They know firsthand the daily routine of how we all play an important role in the future of our nation. Joe is one of too few of teachers who can be alternatively defined as “do and teach”. Joe’s 40+ years is simple testament. (Education: Grand Canyon University, M.Ed. Curriculum and Instruction (2000), Mississippi State University (1971) - B.S. in Psychology, Social Studies, Sociology (1971)).
Richard A. Redmon
Board Member
Ricky has over 20 years of teaching experience. As an artist and teacher, Ricky is our translator. Without his artistic ability to recognize the movement of dialogue, RHAM's development would have been extremely difficult. What is more representative of Ricky's unwavering character is his propensity to give people more than they need. Ricky is currently a nurse at an institution for people with mental health issues. (Education: Jefferson Davis Community College, A.A.S.N. Nursing (2010), University of West Florida, B.A. Humanities, Interdisciplinary-Music, History, Philosophy (1982), Chipola Junior College, A.A. Music/Medicine (1974)).
Pierre F. Robinson, Ph.D.
Pierre conducted self-supported empirical research from 1994 to 2011 utilizing music as an apparatus, non-therapeutically, to investigate the human condition. The research was triggered by Pierre's discovery of a universal gap in social science/mental health while attending Pensacola Junior College (A.A. in Communications, 1994). He further cultivated the empirical research while attending the University of West Florida (B.A. in Communications, 2003). During collaboration with RHAM’s board members from 2005 to 2011, Pierre transformed the empirical research into scientific nomenclature. Due to the socially sensitive, complex nature of the research, the research was submitted to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In 2011, NIH conferred the research as Pierre’s Terminal Research Degree.
Jadarian E. Carmichael
Board Member
Jay has been involved in the RHAM program since the age of 12. It is an honor to have Jay as a board member. His intellectual prowess will ensure RHAM's mission for decades to come. Jay is currently employed in the electrical industry. (Education: George Stone Technical College, Licensed Journeyman (2024); George Stone Technical College, Certified Apprentice Residential and Commercial Wiring (2022)).
