MISSION STATEMENT

The utility of music provides RHAM the opportunity to aid in the American struggle for a better tomorrow.

Our guiding principles were adopted from George Washington Carver’s eight cardinal virtues: 

• Be clean both inside and out.
• Neither look up to the rich nor down on the poor.
• Lose, if need be, without squealing.
• Win without bragging.
• Always be considerate of women, children, and older people (ALL PEOPLE).
• Be too brave to lie.
• Be too generous to cheat.
• Take your share of the world and let others take theirs.

Due to the dire conditions of the national system, RHAM’s mission is divided into three layers.

Tertiary Layer:

To help the nation promote mental health awareness by utilizing elements of our empirical research and evidence.

Secondary Layer:

To provide resources for the disadvantaged community in general.

Primary Layer:

To identify and nurture disadvantaged children with the Great Spirit Propensity (GSPs).
